No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is because digital files are instantly accessible and cannot be revoked once delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase
Accidental purchases
Incompatibility with your device or software
Lack of usage after download

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

You were charged more than once for the same product
You did not receive the download due to a technical issue and we are unable to resolve it
